One of three purchased sandwiches was rung up incorrectly (totally wrong sandwich) and bagged to go with others. Employee at register repeated order back to us, but pretty quickly and not clearly per my recollection. Discovery was made in the car prior to leaving the parking lot. Upon return to counter to seek correction, family member was told by person behind counter that it could not be switched out (even if possible cost difference was paid). Food was delicious and full of flavor. The quality matched the price. Customer service was great. Cleanliness and sanitation was demonstrated while making my food. The restaurant lobby was clean and welcoming.

Firehouse Subs Alabaster offers excellent sub sandwiches, with the NY Steamer being a long-standing favorite. Customers have praised the friendly and efficient service, with employees who actually talk to you. The manager even came out to ask about the sub and how often people eat there. While some find the prices on the higher side, Firehouse Subs is still a clear winner for many, with a generally good food quality. The gluten-free bread is very good, though sometimes out of stock. The app has been given a facelift and is more stable now.
