“Running errands in Opelika and decided to grab some Subway there instead of when I got back to Lanett. Best customer service/takeout in awhile. Ordered curbside pickup online and forgot they were not even half a block from Kroger so I was early & had to wait. Very sweet lady(didn't see a name tag)came out, confirmed who I was and let me know she's still working on my order. There was a long line in-store. No problem. I firmly believe the customer in front of you should be the priority, but soo very appreciated being kept informed. Few mins later another super sweet lady(again no name tag)brought my order out to me. Absolute wonderful customer service at its best. Always pass this location, but never ate there until today. B1G1 and off the chart service, thx for making my day even sweeter.“

“Food was fresh, and served quickly. Good typical subway sandwich when you are on the road.Parking lot/building isn't placed in the best spot being just off the exit ramp though.Parking: Parking was easy even with our camper, (we just had to took up a few spots) but pulling out of the lot to make a left is difficult being the interstate off ramp is right there by the entrance/exit.“
“I was in this facility on Friday around 5pm. There were 2 men working. The man that sliced my sandwich knew what I wanted due to the fact I am a regular and I never change from my 13. He provided excellent customer service and was very efficient as always. I asked him his name and it's Harrison. I highly recommend giving him a raise. He does his job with a smile.“
“My husband and I stopped at the Beauregard Subway on December 26th around 4 PM. There was only 1 employee running the restaurant. He was working continuously waiting on customers inside as well as taking orders from the cars in the drive through.He was polite and efficient and didn't seem as stressed as he could have been.The restaurant, bathroom and his workstation were clean. Our sandwiches were delicious.In my opinion, Subway owes him a bonus or double wages because I didn't see any customers leaving or being turned away. He was doing the work of 2 people.Reward that young man!“

“One of the best restaurants in town. They have several choices for sandwiches, wraps and etc.They also have some for kids to munch into. My favorites are the Momma's love sandwich classic and Momma's nachos with jalapeño peppers and melted cheese. The prices are wallet friendly. The service people are great. They are not intimidating and works not slow. They do accept catering services. You can place order for pick-up too. In Auburn, they are located right next to the gas station and other restaurants Longleaf and College St.. They have good space to park your vehicles. And they have enough chairs and tables to dine inside. I recommend this place to go and grab food anytime. Their drive-thru person is not rude, is helpful and gives your food in time.“
“First time here... I had the BBQ chicken salad melt on a croissant it was delicious. The menus at the door for you to look at while you stand in line for first time goers. Tons of different varieties of chicken salad. If you like chicken salad this is a very unique experience. Every meal even comes with a sugar cookie!! Fresh lemonade and strawberry lemonade if you like lemonade. Very clean and friendly service.“
