What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Dre, Gerald, and Alicia all went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Dre especially made the experience exceptional with his friendly attitude and attention to detail—it really didn’t go unnoticed.

“Running errands in Opelika and decided to grab some Subway there instead of when I got back to Lanett. Best customer service/takeout in awhile. Ordered curbside pickup online and forgot they were not even half a block from Kroger so I was early & had to wait. Very sweet lady(didn't see a name tag)came out, confirmed who I was and let me know she's still working on my order. There was a long line in-store. No problem. I firmly believe the customer in front of you should be the priority, but soo very appreciated being kept informed. Few mins later another super sweet lady(again no name tag)brought my order out to me. Absolute wonderful customer service at its best. Always pass this location, but never ate there until today. B1G1 and off the chart service, thx for making my day even sweeter.“

“Food was fresh, and served quickly. Good typical subway sandwich when you are on the road.Parking lot/building isn't placed in the best spot being just off the exit ramp though.

Parking: Parking was easy even with our camper, (we just had to took up a few spots) but pulling out of the lot to make a left is difficult being the interstate off ramp is right there by the entrance/exit.“

“This is the nicest subway I have ever been to. Even thought it was originally a house, the establishment is very nice. The employees were very nice and warmly greeted me. This felt like a safe and welcoming environment. It compelled me to leave a review, which I rarely do. 10/10 would eat here again!“

“Definitely a college mainstay at Auburn for a reason. A business doesn’t get to stay in one location for this long because they have bad food. My Reuben was outstanding, with ultra fresh bread, and the order taker even asked me if I would rather have it with spicy mustard instead of the Thousand Island dressing. Lots of good things to try here, and you won’t get a bad meal. The food here is not fancy, but affordable and very good. Fast food speed, and sit down restaurant quality without the boring attitude of a fast food chain. Typical vibrant college energy, and the place is as clean as it needs to be, cluttered, and heavily trafficked. Skip Subway and try this place instead!“
