“My experience has been extremely pleasant Over the numerous of time I have visited. the staff are very welcoming and provided great customer service experience , especially Kiyerra , she exhibit a true leadership row . The place is kept neat and clean, and the food is always made hot and ready.. would recommend a 10 out of 10 dine , Take out or Delivery facility.“

“We were going to stop here during our road trip and saw this location was on the way. We saw that we would arrive at 8:55 pm CT just before they closed at 9.1. I googled to confirmed this location was in the central time zone as we had been driving in and out of the central time zone and I wanted to ensure we’d arrive in time.2. I knew that since we’d get there so close to closing that I should call in the order.I called at 8:30 PM to place my order to be told they are closed. I mentioned “it says you close at 9:00 PM.” The employee on the other line told me they have to abide by EST time or they will receive a fine.I’m sure this location is fine but it’s worth making people aware that they don’t follow the times of the time zone they’re actually located in.**EDIT - I googled and found that Phenix City runs on EST due to the strong economic ties to Columbus, GA. So, hopefully my learning opportunity will save another traveler.“

“This is my first time eating at Firehouse Subs and when I say it was the best sandwich ever. I mean it! Love it! The staff was great! It was clean in the store! My order was taken at my pace I wasn’t rushed. And I love how they cut my sandwich I didn’t even have to ask. 100% will be going back for another! Thank you!!“

“This is a good Subway to visit. We went here for a little morning date bc we were so hungry. We got here at like 8:50 in the morning and the guy open the door at 9 a.m. on the dot. The only thing they didn't really have ready would be some of the breads and cookies.

“5 stars across the board. this little subway in rinky dink little fort mitchell, al is hands down the highest quality subway ive ever been to! it's cleaner than clean. ive never seen ingredients mixed in their containers behind the counter, and they actually keep the guards CLOSED when the ingredients aren't being used. the place is usually staffed by teens (professional and polite) which makes it even more astonishing. was the saving grace for a non pork eater like myself who got stuck out in the 'bama hills for awhile.“

“Came to this location after having a really bad experience with a different one earlier, and these guys stepped up and really made my day a lot better since they handled my order with no attitude and got me out the door in less than five minutes, which is already leaps more than I could say about the former location. “The 2 gentleman behind the counter who took our orders and made our sandwiches were Amazing, they greeted us with a smile, and there Customer Service skills were exceptional. I was traveling with my Granddaughter and Friends to Celebrate her Birthday and they top it off with Great Service and Food. I have been working at a Hospital in Atlanta for almost 39 years, I know how important great customer service is. They are an example of Fantastic Customer Service at Work and a Great example for your Company. I will return, when passing through my travels and I am sure others will , if they get to meet them.“

“Does this location have WiFi? According to a recent advertisement by Subway their locations have WiFi. Is that true of all of them or just the company owned locations? I’m asking because this location is inside of a convenience store with gas pumps.“
