“The new owners have made this my favorite subway, they always have fresh bread, any kind, and the lettuce is still green, not brown, they are so kind and make the sandwiches with love, and they really want to make their customers happy with what they order“

“This place is so much better. Clean lobby and prep area, fully stocked fixin's, and genuinely friendly service. We've missed having a real subway on this side of town, and the new owners answered by redeeming the one we already had.“

“I ordered through door dash. Firehouse left out items from my order and no one will answer the phone at the store. I even tried the manager and guess what... no answer. Don't really understand why you can't answer a phone. I guess they enjoy stealing from their customers.“
