I hope your management recognizes the “great team member” that he is. His ability to interact with guests should be used in your training videos, as he represents your restaurant well.“

“I went through drive-thru and wasn't sure which box came with what. The cashier was so pleasant and friendly. She went through each of the 3 boxes and described what came in them. Just really appreciated the patience and friendly staff... that's soooo rare now a days. Food was made perfectly btw... street kinda busy to get in and out of.“

Tip was included in the price but after seeing a big group of people leaving their trays and mess on the table…… I can understand why. “Enjoyed my meal here, but the prices are not what they used to be when I was in college. $2.60 for a tiny bacon cheeseburger slider is ridiculous all other fast food restaurants have a much much larger burger for alot less money. Krystal corporation can do alot better than this once you remove the greed factor from the formula these sandwich cost a tiny fraction of what they are charging how do you expect to compete with other fast food places when your charging more money for less food. I do not see this company lasting much longer in this fierce competitive market if they do not adjust prices to meet the needs of a more budget friendly crowd“

“After a little visit and exploring the entire city of LaGrange I decided to stop by this place because I felt a bit hungry and I wanted to eat and cool myself off from the long walk. I was greeted by some very amazing and happy employees. They were very willing to take my order, and this isn't really common in reality but in this case this did not disappoint me one bit in terms of customer service. I got the Flamethrower Burger with a side of fries and a soft drink. The burger was delicious and fresh at best. That's all I can think of for the burger. The fries were very delicious and crispy! The soft drink wasn't watered down and yet the atmosphere was great. There wasn't one thing I can complain about about this location. All thanks to everyone being very cooperative with me today I will go back here.“

“Gigi at the counter was amazing. Immediately started in conversation with my 7yo while we figured out what we wanted to order. My oldest child is autistic and has trouble ordering her food, GiGi noticed and jumped in right away handling it very well and helping my daughter feel very comfortable. This woman deserves a raise!“

“Jersey Mike's make good subs. They use quality meats and vegetables on fresh rolls. Good service and a clean, bright store. If you get it Mike's way, I suggest you eat it there. Otherwise, the bread will get wet and soggy from the dressing. “
