Ever since you got rid of old manager this place is terrible. terrible food and staff. Only staff member that is a joy is Ty, everyone else is miserable and impossible to deal with.
Went in to the Lagrange Ga location on 6/5/23 around 3:00 PM and the service was amazing! The person at the register was doing a little of everything and had such a contagious personality and smile. The environment was clean and inviting and the food was amazing! We spoke to the manger before leaving and she was just as amazing. Keep doing what your doing. Placed my order with Ty using the drive thru today, he I must say, was undoubtedly the most pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with. He was so kind, respectful, and genuinely a very nice person. I hope your management recognizes the “great team member” that he is. His ability to interact with guests should be used in your training videos, as he represents your restaurant well.
