27 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Opelika

“Thank you to chick fila and their staff. There is one gentleman who always remembers my name. He makes the experience so great! Specially this morning the 25th anniversary of 9/11. As a Veteran I think I needed that more than he’ll ever know.“

“Great food and service!!!“

“hot food and always on point late night“

“Best chicken fingers and fries ever!!!“

“The very nice lady at the drive thru just gave me an entire extra order of chicken with my family meal!!! And a whole bag of sauces! Such wonderful service, and the food was prepared the PROPER way. The way captain ds food is supposed to be made. That's the kind of service that money can't buy.“

“Greatest customer service ever!!!!“

“What can say about this Hardee's that's better than all the other Hardee's. Management and hard workers us the reason why skip over the auburn location. Everybody here at this Hardee's makes you feel like you're home, but not home. They always get my order correct and Mrs./Ms. Cindy is always smiling and making sure everyone including her crew are all taken care of. Next time you're in town. Try this Hardee's and you'll see why the food is better during breakfast then any other breakfast spot in both towns. And make sure you ask for extra butter if you like.“

“Such an incredibly friendly staff! The lunch shift ladies made us feel like we were having a meal in their homes! You don’t feel that way about customer service much these days!!“

“Good food, fast friendly service“

“I had an amazing experience at Firehouse Subs! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly.

What really stood out, though, was the incredible customer service. Dre, Gerald, and Alicia all went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Dre especially made the experience exceptional with his friendly attitude and attention to detail—it really didn’t go unnoticed.

You can tell this team truly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!“

“We are from LA and wanted to try a new place on our recent trip to SC. I was a little upset that only drive thru was available but we made it work. We were very pleased with the quality of the food. We had to wait a little longer for our food to be cooked so they gave us a little extra food and went out of their way to make me a salad when they were short on supplies! My hubby is picky about green beans and he said they were really good. The woman was very polite and went above and beyond with our food requests. If we are in the area we would stop by again for sure.“

“My family enjoyed our meal! The BBQ sandwich was delicious and the fries were nice and crispy. Be sure to stop the next time you see their food truck. You won't be disappointed.“

“Tried the new cheese-steak sandwich. It is good and would be better if the bread were different. The current bread is too tough, or at least it was after I got home from the drive-through. I think this sandwich would be much better eaten at the restaurant immediately after it is made. The steak itself and the cheese were good, but I'm still not a fan of the bread.“

“I stopped here with three of my kids for lunch on a Friday and was very pleased with the overall experience. This is a freestanding Subway store with plenty of free parking, a drive-thru, and lots of seating inside. The store was very clean and the three people that helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was right on par with what we have enjoyed at quality Subway stores in the past.

You can access this store by taking an immediate right as you exit 62 off I-85 northbound in Alabama. If you're coming from I-85 southbound, you'll need to cross the interstate but it's still easy to get to.

As of 26-Jun-2026, this Subway is one of seven operating in the Auburn / Opelika area and is one of only two with a ranking higher than four stars. It also has the most reviews of any Subway in the area and is the only one immediately off the interstate.“

“We were was passing through and stopped at this location. The food was exceptionally wonderful! All the chicken was nice and crunchy not soggy like most locations. Thank you for a great experience. It was just what we needed on a long trip.“

“Visit this restaurant for breakfast today, food was great, quick and crew was very nice“

“I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s location for months now and the service is always top notch. Employee’s are engaging and friendly, the food is well prepared and the lobby is generally pretty clean! They treat the regulars very well and they remember my sandwich before I even order!“

“Some the best chicken I have eaten. Even though busy, the service was quick and the staff very courteous.“

“Great food, the sauce is delicious and I wish it could be sold in the store.“

“their chicken tenders and fries are the best. and I like the potato wedges“

“Nina was amazing, very personable and nice! I love that they have the pop machine with a lot of variety! Lots of diet options that other places don’t have! Only two complaints were the wait to time to get your food was forever considering they were not busy at all. And it was so cold in the restaurant I had to sit outside to enjoy my food!“

“This is the nicest subway I have ever been to. Even thought it was originally a house, the establishment is very nice. The employees were very nice and warmly greeted me. This felt like a safe and welcoming environment. It compelled me to leave a review, which I rarely do. 10/10 would eat here again!“

“their chicken tenders and fries are the best. and I like the potato wedges“

“I must say, my food today was AMAZING! I am 10 weeks away from delivering my daughter and I stopped in today for my biggest craving. A crunch wrap, extra meat and cheese with creamy jalapeno. Normally I get it and it’s alright from other Taco Bell restaurants. But this one did it perfectly! It was all hot and was by far the best one I’ve had. The service was top notch and they were super friendly! My hats off to this whole crew today. Great job everyone!“

“By far THE BEST manager I’ve seen. Items were missing from my order. I heard “let me tell you something…” & I felt like I was in trouble rofl she definitely cares about her customers, her employees, her job… you can tell she has a big heart. *it was 17 biscuits, first thing in the morning. I wasn’t even mad. Realize that people make mistakes. Instead of cussing the people out that are making your food, be kind. Just a friendly reminder :)“

“Just picked up lunch. Chicken, fries and okra. Had to wait for it to cool before we could eat it. Not a complaint. It is so unusual to get hot food at a fast food place. Oder was correct, everything was great. Pieces of chicken were huge.“

“Both window workers at 3:50 on 8/13 were very personable and friendly. They had welcoming smiles and were so polite. I always get a trusted whopper jr. and it's always 5 stars. This location isn't necessarily close to my house but I always return to places with great service and this was my third experience with nice workers at this location.“
