By far THE BEST manager I’ve seen. Items were missing from my order. I heard “let me tell you something…” & I felt like I was in trouble rofl she definitely cares about her customers, her employees, her job… you can tell she has a big heart.
*it was 17 biscuits, first thing in the morning. I wasn’t even mad. Realize that people make mistakes. Instead of cussing the people out that are making your food, be kind. Just a friendly reminder :)

I placed a mobile order for a frosty and went inside due to the line being super long, Lady with this curly wig came up assuming she is a manager or General manager of this location nevertheless before she seen me it was a guy at the fry station Whom watched me didn’t ask if I needed help and the lady sat by drive thru talking about another customer or co worker when nobody at the front counter to help guest who walk in she finally made it over to me and she said how can I help...read full review
I love that Wendy's is usually fast and accurate. The burgers are tasty and the condiments are fresh. The fries are hot and ready the majority of the time. The Frosty's are consistently perfect. If I had to give any downside, sometimes they get a little heavy with the mayo and I'm not the biggest fan of their chicken.
