“These guys got it together ever since opening, I have always received top-notch service with a great attitude. The line can be wrapped around the building and you can still get in and out in just a few minutes.(unlike the Duncan across town on Lafayette Parkway there can only be one car in front of you and it’ll take 30 minutes and most likely your coffee will be made wrong).Love the new Franklin Road location and employees. “Overall it’s a really great place to drink your coffee and or eat a treat. I will go back I’m just not gonna take anyone that I need to talk to in private again because it is a little smaller than others I've been in. But the service and the items I got were very good and decent prices. I love this location though. The Staff was friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. The owner reaching out to me was definitely a plus and I appreciate it too. You know I probably have done 200 to 300 of these reviews and if I'm not mistaken this is the first response I have ever gotten from an owner and it really means a lot. “An actual legit Dunkin' inside the Great Wolf Lodge. Probably better than most Dunkin' locations I've been to in GA.. the staff was super friendly & super efficient. They also received a 100 score from the GA department of public health so kudos to them!!“
“We ran into the nicest lady ever at this McDonald's! I wish I would've got her name in hopes they would thank her for her service. She brought our food to the table and even came out to make sure we were good a couple of times while we were there. That basically never happens at fast food restaurants. We came in right before it changed from breakfast to lunch, and we didn't get one complaint or anyone trying to talk us into lunch so they wouldn't have to make our food.“
“I went to this location this morning and used the curbside service. I ordered breakfast and a caramel iced coffee. The young lady that delivered it had exceptional customer service. My coffee wasn’t to my liking and she asked how I’d like it went back inside and made it PERFECT!! Wish I’d gotten her name but it was at 8:35am. We need more customer service oriented people working with the public because she definitely made my morning!! Thank you!!!“

“Best local coffee in the area hands down. Consistently great drinks that are made the same every time. Large pastry/snack menu and drink variety so there’s something for everyone, including kids. Cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay and hang out. Convenient downtown location if you’re headed to lunch or the gym. The quality coffee and friendly service have convinced me to quit going to the big chains. Can’t say enough good things about this place!“
