“THE PIZZA!!! It is the BEST I have EVER tasted in my life and let me just say I AM OLD!! I have Moved around a lot in my life that is WHY I say it is the BEST I had EVER had. We had a SUPREME PIZZA could not eat it all so took the rest home. To my surprise, it is just as GOOD as when freshly baked!!! “Definitely the fastest, friendliest, and most innacurate Starbucks in Columbus. If an item is no longer available, it should not be available to purchase online either. People do not want to pay $8 for a drink and be given a drink without one of the main ingredients. Since this is a recurring problem at the corporate level, I will not return for a long time.“
“Brooke, Keira, and Madison could not have been nicer or more efficient. We miss Raven and worry about the frequent turnover in staff, but our experience was nothing less than stellar. We appreciate the friendliness and competency exhibited today. I hope they will be happy and stay long-term.“

“I personally like it here better than Gong Cha because they have sweeter drinks. I get a large peach oolong tea with Boba, 100% sugar level, and no ice. I don't know if they have a military discount because I always order at the kiosk.“

“The service here is bad. Most associates don’t even say hello. They also lock the door when it is convenient to them. Durning COVID we didn’t need Starbucks. I made the decision to come back but that was not a good decision. I can save that $6,000 a year I spend there on KCUPS ! Maybe when they start to understand that you should put your customers first they might become a great company, but I see a grim future for them.“
