“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.”

“Food was good, a bit pricy for Mexican, but you do get a large portion. The margaritas were good, the frozen machine was down so only option was on the rocks. Kinda loud, but many people in the building- we had a 25 minute wait for a party of 8.”

“This location is fairly new, so it is still nice and upkept. The food is good, but sometimes not the freshest, for example, the cheesy fiesta potatoes are always hard and over cooked. The staff is okay, most of the time polite, but often times make you wait long for your meal.”

“Everything was fine except my online order. The have a spot labeled for Uber eats, doordash, and online orders etc. I waited for my order to be place in the online spot. I later realized they put it on the doordash spot. I waited only a short time, but how hard is it to put it in the right place.”

“Y’all we discovered an amazing new (to us) place in Columbus ..we were greeted by a friendly smiling staff as soon as we walked in and it was genuine kindness not fake and oh my soul and body was the food delicious…I mean really really delicious..the owner miss Parker brought us our food and chatted for a few mins and she’s a sweet lady..they have amazing coffee as well and tons and tons of sugar free latte options..Melissa my wife commented that it was like stepping back in time to when food quality was excellent and when the restaurant staff cared about your experience….yall please give them a try…..our faves were the Ruben and the roast beef hot pressed sandwiches and butternut squash soup..I was Leary about trying squash soup but it was so delicious I could eat it every day…”

“The food is wonderful. However, the portions of some items seems to be a bit on the small side. Specifically, the corn nuggets don’t seem adequate for the price. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to Harris County and the people who run it are wonderful. my only true complaint is that the hours of operation no longer fit my schedule.Vegetarian options: They have salad.Parking: Little gravel side lot and paved lot on other side.Kid-friendliness: It is a one story building, and the parking lot is level with no curb.”

Both were really good....only difference from last time is the portion size has been reduced by quite a lot yet the prices do not reflect the lesser quantity of food.I would still recommend visiting the diner aince rheir selection of comfort food can't be beat. “This was my first time ordering from this establishment. Being a Louisiana native myself, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the country boil feast so I could have a variety and the opportunity to sample everything. I did take out. When I arrived home, my food was still hot. I can honestly say I enjoyed it. The seafood was cooked to perfection along with the potatoes, corn, and sausage. Even though I like my food a little more on the spicy side I have no complaints. I would definitely order from them again and I recommend to anyone that enjoys real cajun type seasoned food!”
