“Well Red has been an absolute haven for me. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety, finding a peaceful place where I feel at ease is rare, but every time I step into this space, I feel an overwhelming sense of calm. The owner has created something truly special. It’s clear that a lot of heart and thought has gone into building not just a business, but a community. The staff here is unlike anywhere else. They truly go above and beyond. They never treat you as just another customer; instead, they make you feel seen and valued with every visit. There’s a genuine sense of care in everything they do—whether it’s a warm smile, a thoughtful conversation, remembering your name and preferences, or simply making sure you’re comfortable. Their kindness is unwavering and consistent, which is so rare these days. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, unwind, or simply enjoy a good book and coffee, this spot is unmatched. Highly recommend! The owner of this shop should be incredibly proud of the environment they’ve cultivated. It’s not just the cozy setting or the quality products that make this place special—it’s the people. The heart they’ve put into creating this space is reflected in every detail, and it’s truly a gift to the community.“

“I live overseas and had been wanting to come here for the longest time now. As a queer and non binary person from Alabama, this coffeeshop was so nice to come to. It made me so happy to find a queer and BIPoC friendly space. Really good coffee too!! The people that worked there were super friendly. Will definitely come again.“
“I’ve had The Office Grazer and Small Grazer Box and it did not disappoint! Upon receiving the box you could tell instantly there was a lot of thought and creativity that was involved! It paired perfectly with a bottle of wine! I suggest ordering a theme box! I would 100% order another box!“

“I enjoyed my visit to Starbucks where I ordered the Double Chocolaty Chip, Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap, Chocolate Cake Pop, and the Chicken, Maple Butter & Egg Sandwich. The food was delightful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a positive experience?“
“The best coffee in town! I drive out of my way for it! No more Starbucks!“
“Love them!!!! Always taking care of the customer ❤️“
“What a cool place! The Bo memorabilia is so cool. The two girls working were great. Very knowledgeable about the business. I want to give 5 stars but I had to give 4 stars. 2 days in a row they were out of milk. Oat and Almond were the only choices. There is a Publix 1/4 mile away they could get a few gallons. Still a few growing pains. Possibly the coolest coffee shop I've been in.“

“My husband and I were staying nearby for the weekend, so I decided to try bitty and beaus based on their great reviews! I did a bit of digging to find their story, and I thought it seemed to be something great to support! Just walking in the shop is beautiful with nicely organized shelves and beautiful decor throughout. The workers behind the counter seemed happy, kind, and helpful! I asked a few questions, and the man that I spoke to was very detailed and helpful. I noticed the shop had all gluten-free options displayed, which I thought was really cool and went along well with their idea of "inclusion." Unfortunately, the shop was out of caramel sauce, which affected the overall taste of my drink. In addition, it wasn't as strong as I typically would have liked. The sweetness outweighed the coffee flavor, which isn't my personal preference. Looking back, I wish I had ordered another drink or possibly added a shot to my drink for a stronger taste.
After I ordered and paid, I was given a card from a deck of cards and told that once my order was ready, they would call out my card so I could get my coffee. I thought this was very unique and nothing I had experienced before in a coffee shop. Once my card was called, I had to return the card to one of the workers and then get my coffee. Reflecting on the experience, I could see where many would love this idea because it seems different and new! I think for me, it made it a bit less fluid in the full process. Once I received the card, I had to remember it wasn't a receipt or something for me to keep. A lot of times, the immediate response to getting a receipt after a purchase is to cram it in my pocket or purse, but in this case, I had to remember to hold it and not mess it up. Then, once I was called, I checked my card and then went to get my drink. I almost forgot to return the card, so the worker had to remind me. I only say these things because other shops I've been to that call my name or drink seem a lot more direct. There is less passing back and forth, and it's more familiar and direct for new visitors. Cards might be fine for those dining in similar to a menu or some sort of flag for workers to find your table, but maybe less helpful for those getting to go orders.
Unfortunately, they weren't able to take cash, so I had to use my card.
On my way out, there was a trash can right next to the door, which made it super easy and convenient to toss my straw trash before leaving. There was even a dog bowl filled with water outside, which I thought was very sweet!
Overall, I think this place could be perfect for lots of people, especially those who are passionate about bitty and beaus mission, but as for the coffee, I personally don't have much desire to return anytime soon.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free treats were advertised in their display case at the counter!
Parking: When I visited, there was a lot of construction going on around the area. My GPS brought me to a bank. After a bit of wandering around, I found the coffee shop around the back side of the bank. There was parking at the bank but with short time frames. Otherwise, you could be towed. There was parking in the front of the coffee shop but all very close spaces were taken during my visit. If you're planning to sit awhile, you may have to do a bit of extra walking, but if you're running in and out, then I wouldn't be concerned about parking.
Kid-friendliness: For children who like to grab and get into things, this may not be the best place for them. There are shelves in the entryway, including cups and sweat shirts that could be easy for children to pull down or knock over. For children who are able to refrain, I think this could be a great place to order something sweet and sit and relax together!“
