Definitely the fastest, friendliest, and most innacurate Starbucks in Columbus. If an item is no longer available, it should not be available to purchase online either. People do not want to pay $8 for a drink and be given a drink without one of the main ingredients. Since this is a recurring problem at the corporate level, I will not return for a long time.
Just enjoyed the Caramel Crunch Frappucino and it's worth starting the day👍Oh yes this is my day treat.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a fantastic morning crew who are always smiling, welcoming, and able to swing a day from horrible to wonderful. The staff is super nice, professional, courteous, and attentive. They provide great service and are understanding, even fixing a wrong order without extra charge. The food tasted yum, with specific mentions of a cookie, chocolate croissant, and cinnamon cake. The place is nice, clean, and very well kept, with a nice open outside area. The environment is welcoming, accommodating, and community-focused, supporting gatherings like those for veterans. The management and team are a pleasure to work with and are committed to supporting the community. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff are like kings and queens who handle complicated drinks without a problem, getting stuff out at good times.
