I go to this zaxbys multiple times a week on my lunch break and the workers are always so nice and friendly. I go so much they recognize me as soon as I hit the door and treat me basically like family. Thank you Jesse, Keith, Eli, and Mani for the great customer service it really does make a differences
Good food chicken is sometimes a little undercooked. Other than that amazing !
On arrival the place was extremely busy, drive thru was backed up and so I went in to discover the same inside. Although everyone was actively working I'd imagine keeping up with the orders from kitchen probably was more of the issue. Front counter Kialeeana was on the ball, working consistently and not expressing her frustration as I'm sure it had to be. Her kindness and time management was well noticed and certainly commendable.
