I gave this jimmy johns 3 stars because I always order online for pick up expecting it to be ready when I get there 30mins later. But as usual its never ready and there's never customers in the inside. They always start making my sandwich when I say im here for a pick up... Definitely defeats the purpose if you ask me.. this is the norm because it happened twice in 2 days and seven times within the last 3 months. Other than that the sandwiches are A1 that's why I keep coming...read full review
