After waiting almost 20min at the drive-thru window for a turkey sandwich, with 2 toppings, I received a sandwich but it was not what I ordered. How hard is tomatoes and mustard only? I threw the sandwich away, keep the money. You lost a customer today.

First of all… I love the tuna subs here. I came here to acknowledge Casey. I’m a regular customer and her customer service is so excellent I had to ask if she owned the store. She definitely is a great face for the establishment and when she’s off you can tell the difference. Thank you Casey for making my experience worth the drive!!

I love Jimmy John's and I have never had a bad experience at this location. I always order online and they have my order ready in the drive-thru without any issue. The customer service is always quick and friendly. I absolutely love their sandwiches and enjoy the options on their menu for such a variety. Always fresh and delicious. The best part of this Jimmy John's is that drive-thru! Super convenient if you have little ones or are in a hurry.

I like the food but the Macon road staff is horrible. I ignored it the first couple times as an off day but you've got a girl in there that looks 12 and barely speaks, just stares at you and mumbles. Gets your order wrong because of the lack of communication. If you can barely talk, you shouldn't be working in customer service. All 3 employees standing by outlets charging their phones.

Really bad customer service everytime I have gone to this place. Last girl at register held my card for 2mins and caught her taking a pic of it. Manager would not address the issue. Don't trust this

I recommend the #4 (turkey tom), regular size, add cheese, pickles and sauce!!!Don’t won’t turkey? Give the tuna or the night club a try…. They are all good!!!!

I ordered a sandwich that came with avacado spread that I wanted on the side and when I asked for it the manager told me she had to charge me for it. Even when I tried useing logic she didn't understand I was already paying for it I just wanted it on the side and made me pay for it. I called customer service and they said someone from the store would contact me and no one ever did. I went again today and the gave me a sandwich with out meat and would not refund me for my sandwich. I live 25 miles away from the store and the wanted me to come pick up another sandwich. She said she could not refund the sandwich.

This location has ruined the reputation for the whole chain. Loyal fan at various destinations country wide for years, no more. It's a shame they would even hire people like that. They put me on hold when I inquired about my order for 16 minutes before I hung up to call again. Then they just didn't answer. My boss had to go pick it up several hours later as she is diabetic and couldn't wait on them any longer. Then they told us we didn't place the order when the money was gone from our accounts and we had an order number. Maybe we could've figured out what the deal was had they actually answered the phone. That's ok, I won't be back as I hate to bother employees with an order.

Always have a 20/10 experience with this location during the morning - day time. Sandwich is always fresh and the team members know my exact order and the style that I order it each time I order in person.This jimmy johns location has a regular client!

Just order the JJ Gargantuan today. The service was excellent and the sandwich was the best I have had in a long time. Definitely coming back soon.

This store is so sorry. It’s always something. Either the computer is down or rude employees. Tonight they say they are out of bread. What??? How a sandwich shop run out of bread? This is unbelievable.
