Went Thru The Drive Thru After Waiting 25mins finally order a Boneless BBQ wings an things double ranch and they said they had no drinks an would take a dollar off the dollar wasn't took off also I checked the bag before I leave the window no ranch I sit an wait as they have attitudes because I want The Ranch Service Sucks also y'all owe me my Dollar!!!!!!!!For My Drink That Comes On The Meal.....

Terrible Terrible service I don't know if this place need more workers or what. The lady at the front does not know how to multi task i was in line for an hour all I wanted was a gift card and the lady didn't know how to ring that up. It was a lady in front of me and all she needed was ketchup the lady they should have one person bagging orders and ine person taking orders.

@ whoever runs the google ge for this establishment, asking people to go to your website and leave a second review is not how you handle the situation.6 months ago I would have given a 5 star review for this zaxbys. Right now though the staff in the front are moving sluggish, also I asked for a cup of season salt and reminded the cashier after I gave my order, she repeated it back 2 different times and I still didn't receive season salt. I also received no utensils making it hard to eat my food the way I needed to. I work under houses and until I get home to properly wash my self I have dirt all over me and not having utensils makes it to where I'll have to eat my food later. This is the 3rd time with no utensils in my bag out of 3 visits in 2 weeks. I should get what I order and didn't.After getting home and trying to eat my food I found out that my fries were undercooked by atleast a minute and a half. Terrible experience for a former zaxbys employee, might be good to find new staff that can handle the demands better.

Placed my order online for me and my coworkers, get there the lines not too long but the inside you can tell is busy. I asked for extra sauce (willing to pay) but had card instead of cash and i got a “it’s fine, i’m trying to get my drive thru time down” they are so worried about their “drive thru time” that Every one of our fries are old and soggy and the chicken tenders seemed to have been made at opening time and just reheated!

Zaxby's chicken tenders are some of the best in the business. This location as struggled over the years, but in 2023-2024 it finally seems like they have their act together. The service is much improved.

All I have to say is to not charge for sauce if it isn’t going to be given.(3rd time this has happened )Was told the wings and things comes with 2 sauces. Paid for a 3rd.Takes notes from CFA or perish into oblivion.That is all.

Though maybe the intercom was broken, I drove around to the window 4 employees just chatting, I asked if the intercom was broken and one young lady said no, "the person at the intercom said wait," I said" it's been 20mins waiting in line 3 cars drove off ahead of me and 3 more waiting behind me. I said can you take my order, "they said no.I said this is bad business and drove off.I will give another location my business.

Zero stars...Auburn Ave location. I joined the rewards program online where it states join and I can get an offer of free tenders. I called the location to verify, and was told that is only after you start getting rewards. Okay, that makes sense and I am fine with that. However, after placing my order for two meals and two funnel cakes. I get a popup that says I have a free reward for one few funnel cake for spending over $5. I applied the reward and took of one of my funnel cakes. Since we don't need three. Hubby goes to the location to get our order as I'm having a major migraine. He gets there and all they will say is they are not going to honor the reward. No details on why not. What made the situation worst is they asked a black female employee to speak with him. Now she isn't in a position of management nor was he acting upset. He was just asking questions that I asked him to ask them while he had me on the phone. I can only take that one of two ways. They either thought they were going to get him to stop asking questions because she is of color. That or they were trying to see if her being a female he might find cute. That would make him act different. Those are the only two reasons I can think of. She was at least able to tell us why they didn't honor the rewards. They decided since I ordered a funnel cake and I get a free one they would just take the cost off my bill for the funnel cake. That way I get one funnel cake. If that is the case that is fine ask me if I would like to purchase another one or offer a free one for the trouble. Then we asked for no ice for our drinks. Cups fulled with ice. Fries undercooked and tenders hard. I won't be spending my money here.Update after posting this review I get an email thanking me for signing up to the rewards. The email also let me know my rewards for the free tenders is available, so the employee on the phone we talked too lied about that.

We stood at the front counter and was not greeted at all, nor was our order taken. The guy was fixing online orders for people who wasn’t there yet. We’re standing there in his face waiting for him to address us at least. I said excuse me 2 times no answer. We left, I even heard the cook tell him to take our order cause we’re standing there waiting. We waited 10minutes and just left.
