I've been coming here since this site opened and it's convenient since I work at the hospital. Most of the time everything excellent, but I was disappointed this morning when I ordered my Venti Americano and didn't get my 1/2 and 1/2 and on top of that it was full to the brim and of course when I get to work the lid pops off and coffee pours on my car and my hand which did not feel good. Please don't fill cups to the brim since these lids seem to pop off when it's just 1 cup....read full review
