My experience at Zaxby’s is always great with the welcome of good food and excellent service.
The cashier was patient and greeted me when I approached the counter. Food was hot and the health score is 99%.

The pay plates are well prepared and look appetizing. However, experiences vary greatly. At one location, the order was wrong at the window and took extremely too long, making the food not very enjoyable. Another visit involved rude workers gossiping, burned toast, and a Nibbler missing lettuce. A delivery issue occurred where an extra container of Zax sauce was denied due to a third party service (Uber), leaving the customer without an option. Despite these problems, some visits are pleasant with friendly staff, clean restaurants, and fresh food, making customers want to come back.
