“The food was great. Spicy could have been even spicier for us. Everyone was asking where we got it from when we went back to the Tuskegee University campus for parent weekend. It's a take out only place, so don't expect to sit and eat.“
“Tuskegee is a hidden gem. Quaint little town with a super clean and neat historice district. The George Washington Carver Festival was fun. My son even made a new friend, a nice retired Vietnam veteran who took the time to sit with him and share memories over lunch.“
“First time trying...I ordered three plates each with collards, Mac n cheese, turkey wings, cornbread and candied yams and it was outstanding!!! My mother and grandmother enjoyed their plate as well! And the price is very reasonable!!! The lady and young lady were very nice I will most definitely be back!!“
“I try to support local businesses so Stopped by for some wings while I was in town to see my Dad. Service was good, very friendly. The lady taking my order could tell I had never been there but she treated me like family. Nobody shows love like southern black folks ! Good atmosphere, lots of tv's to watch sports. I bet it's crazy in there when the big games are on. Music playing. The wings and fries were fresh and price was reasonable. They have several flavors to choose from as well. Support local business, support Skegee !“
“Arrived at 1:15 pm. The *very* few negative reviews mentioning food not arriving on time, we didn't have that issue at all. Food came out promptly. Very good, flavorful food. The steak is so tender (I ordered for it to be cooked medium and the chef delivered!)Very prompt, hospitable waiter. Strong, delicious alcoholic drinks (I recommend the Carribean Vibezz). Sweet owner, Dee, introduced herself to us. Will come back again and again!“
