“Found them on Google. Lots of pictures of black history. People who have been there. Place had a steady stream of customers the entire time we were there. Everyone was friendly. Good southern food. You picked out what you want to eat.”

“I love their breakfast, and the biscuits are my favorite. Makes for a good bite every time I am on my way to Montgomery. It's a trucker gas station, so the ambiance is not the best. Everyone is too busy doing their own thing and is not like everyone knows each other when you sit down.”

“Everyone should have an Elmer's in their neighborhood. The food is always great and there are always homemade pies and desserts. Their squash casserole is the best in the world and the service is awesome. Of course, it is a buffet but they have take-outs, and "sweets" and desserts that can be sold extra. The folks there treat you like family.”
