We have stayed multiple times at the Wind Creek Montgomery Casino and Hotel. We have always been treated very well. First, I would like to give high kudos to Anthony at the front desk. He has always accommodated us as though we were of the utmost importance. Then as we ate dinner at BB Kings, for two nights, we had an outstanding waitress, Zeanita. Hands down the WORST establishment! Not a true casino. Rewards program is a joke, food is bland and horrible, employees are rude, and machines are so TIGHT no one can win.
They need to take lessons from Biloxi. Go to Victoryland or Biloxi. Not sure Windcreek cares.
