I ate at firebirds during my visit to Montgomery, and the food was delicious. However, my server,Kate was amazing!! She made me feel so welcomed. She lifted my spirits with her sweet smile and personality. I would definitely suggest anybody to ask for her by name!! Thank you for your wonderful service. Keep up the good work.
Had a wonderful experience! Christina and Tyler were fantastic bartenders and were on point with every aspect of their service.
The food was great.
But I like ice in my tea and finally got it when we were about finished eating. As expected we were never offered a refill. It was 11:15 am so it was not super busy. It is an upscale restaurant and I think it would enhance their image if the servers dressed accordingly.
