“I ate at firebirds during my visit to Montgomery, and the food was delicious. However, my server,Kate was amazing!! She made me feel so welcomed. “For starters I want to say I am pregnant and stuck in the hospital until I have the baby. My water broke very early and I have about 7-12 weeks ideally left in the hospital. I’ve craved steak and a loaded baked potato for the entire pregnancy and just haven’t been able to grab one. I ordered from DoorDash and the food was honestly just not right. My door dasher forgot all of my toppings (despite admitting he walked off and left them on the counter accidentally). He also left my drink. Now my steak on the other hand was severely overcooked. BUT it didn’t end there. DoorDash refused to refund any part of the order aside from $3 to compensate for the missed drink. I reached out to Outback to see what could be done and they quickly offered to remake the entire meal for a mobile pickup, but unfortunately i had to explain that I’m on bed rest in the hospital. The manager came to the line and offered to not only remake it all correctly, but through in an extra potato and extra toppings for all the things. Then hand delivered the meal to my room. EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I absolutely appreciate and applaud his dedication to satisfaction!! Just wow!“

“The food was great. We got the chance to meet the head cook Reggie Parker and he cooked our Steaks and Salmon t perfection. I had the ribeye and my husband had the salmon. We also had the spicy chicken bites with our cocktails and omg they were so good. The staff was very polite and attentive. My family will definitely will be going back.“
