I visit this location maybe every 2 weeks.But I have to give Brain L..?+on his customer service. The best I have encountered in a Restaurant.
MOTHER'S DAY 5/8/2022***MY very first time visiting the prattville location!I must say what a wonderful ,amazing,best customer service experience!From entering to leaving!But OMG our waitress/server(Taren)she was phenomenal, she's great @her job !Her customer service deserves 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!Her customer service is most definitely what restaurants need !She's Absolutely what President Trump mean when he said MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!
It took much longer than usual to be greeted. We were sat abd my wife went to the restroom and returned well before the server came to the table. It was between the luch and dinner hours. Once that happened it was a great Putback experience. As always food is great!
