MOTHER'S DAY 5/8/2022***MY very first time visiting the prattville location!I must say what a wonderful ,amazing,best customer service experience!From entering to leaving!But OMG our waitress/server(Taren)she was phenomenal, she's great @her job !Her customer service deserves 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!Her customer service is most definitely what restaurants need !She's Absolutely what President Trump mean when he said MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!
Had a birthday dinner here recently and was good but not great. It is not Outback's fault that there were several families visiting who let their kids run around uncontrolled and that really detracted from our birthday dinner. Our server accidentally ordered the wrong food for my date and apologized but blamed the Internet and their stylus. I am not sure if this is the normal or not but not sure I will be back to find out...
