A little shabbier than most of the others in this chain. Clearly older and less well maintained/clean. The maitre’d needs a personality. The steak knives were dirty. Took 14 minutes for my drink order to appear. The filet was perfectly cooked to order and tender but WAY oversalted. Waitress looked like she was covering only four tables but was hard to find at times. Think they need to close this location and open a new one in the Eastchase area.
Very friendly server. Food is awesome here. Specially the ribs!!
My wife and I ordered the rib-eye steaks. Mine was okay, but my wife felt like hers was spoiled. Therefore, she did not eat it. Our waitress was good and the manager gave us a gift card for a free dessert. Overall, the service was good, but I noticed that the floor was very slippery like it had grease on it.
