We recently ate there and I was very disappointed with the newer, flatter, thinner burger pattie. They no longer have the thick, gourmet burger they once offered. I feel like this was done to save money and sadly they will likely lose some business as a result. I dont think I'll return. It used to be my favorite burger spot but the cost verses value just isn't the same.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a mixed dining experience. The floor was slippery, but eventually, wet floor signs were put out. The server made mistakes with the orders but fixed them quickly. The onion rings were hot, fries were barely warm, and the burgers were not as tasty as expected. However, the staff was nice and gave balloons to kids. The food quality was great, and the service impeccable, especially for a group of 10 on Mother's Day. Despite some hiccups, it was an overall pleasant dining experience. The Monster burger is much better tasting than most fast food choices. Streak fries were not freshly cooked to order, tasting barely warm. It is highly recommend for families, with a nice atmosphere and good service. Burgers are excellent. This place was awesome, very family friendly and the prices were reasonable. Great menu options and even a bar. The sides are bottomless and everyone got ff as an appetizer. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu included personal pizzas or burgers! The manager took great care of us, getting our orders taken and completed quickly! Food was good too!
