Red Robin has great tasting burgers whenever you find the 1 for You. The Royal Red Robin is a good place to start. The campfire sauce is also good.

Stopped in at 1PM and had a wonderful relaxing lunch with a good friend of mine. She had a Cauliflower crusted pizza with toppings of pineapple ? and jalapeños. I had the Banzai burger with bottomless French fries ?! The service was great!
Understaffed, but fair. Took a very long time to be seated when my friend and I arrived, but the restaurant was not crowded.The night manager sat us eventually and seemed enthusiastic. Our waitress came and brought us water upon request. However, she got our food order all wrong. I even reiterated what I was ordering... being very specific about how I wanted my side salad. But that's all I ever received....my side salad. My meal never came.My friend has already finished her meal when I asked what had happened to mine. The manager checked and said the order has never been entered. A few minutes later, the waitress came to our table and said she thought I didn't want what I ordered.???The manager had the kitchen prepare my meal anyway, and I tried to enjoy it. Unfortunately, by this time, I was full from my side salad (and some of my friend's dinner.) The manager assured us he would take the charge off of our bill.And so, after much waiting, the bill was adjusted but I was charged for my side salad (which was supposed to come with the entree I didn't receive,) but I didn't say anything. It has become uncomfortable by this time.The waitress never apologized for the mistake. She might have known about the missing meal earlier if she had ever stopped by our table to check on us. But, she was busy waiting on every single table in the large dining room.Like I said.... understaffed.The taste of my entree was just not good. My meal was cooked too fast and too hot so it tasted burned. We paid our bill and left a generous tip (15% for genuinely mediocre service + tip on the price of the comped meal.)I won't be back. There are just too many other options in Montgomery. In fact, the Warf seafood restaurant next door is far superior. I recommend that place or even Chick-fil-A.

came here to pick up a delivery order for uber eats. waited for about an hour and a half before i finally asked if the order was almost finished only for them to say it wasn't in their system. i don't know why no one came over to tell me that while i was sitting there waiting for the order right in front of them. complete waste of time and money.

Good food and an intentional waiter.We recently visited because my inlaws were in town, and they hadn't been to Red Robins yet. I got the burnt-end BBQ and bacon burger. It was a very juicy and flavorful burger. We also got the onion ring tower, which was yummy, too.My only complaint is that when our waitress brought our drinks to the table, they filled it to the top with ice, resulting in them having to bring multiple refills, and there would be times we had to wait for drinks.

I've eaten at Red Robin's up and down the west coast (it's a favorite of the grandkids due to the fast service and unlimited fries). The food really was good. The service was slow (probably because of lack of staff). I counted 10 French fries on each of our plates and when I asked for more, the follow-up order arrived after everyone had totally cleared their plates and were ready to leave. The waitress was incredibly polite and patient with the kids, though, so that made the experience totally worth it.

I would just like to shout out to the manager, Beth !! She is an awesome asset to this location..she was an expo, cleaning tables, helping her team in any aspect, and all while keeping a positive attitude. It's tough to find good management that provides leadership and positivity especially in the service industry. I've worked in restaurants for many many years and as a guest in the Montgomery location , she really impressed me . Our server, Dakota was also very kind and did an excellent job providing great customer service. The food was hot, delicious, timely, and affordable. We will definitely be back !!Thanks Montgomery Eastchase Red Robin for a great experience today ♥️
