Never got a receipt, waited 20 minutes to have someone bring our food out after being told to pull forward. Finally went in to get our order ourselves, and our food was just sitting on the counter. Cooks making the burgers were grabbing patties without gloves. There was food literally all over the floor as staff were stepping on the food when walking around. This restaurant is very nice and quick; it is usually empty because of the chick-fil-a next to it, and the food is hot. The lady also gave me a discount on two combos. The service was nice, as she provided a cheaper meal for me and my mother.
