“Saturday night we dined (after a rather lengthy wait). We understood, it was Saturday night after all, but early in the evening. We were a party of 6 celebrating my 92nd birthday. We ordered and received our salads in a timely manner. The first 3 orders were served and then a terrific crash. Turned out it my 2 daughters and my dinners. The manager came made his apologies and indicated there would be an adjustment to compensate for our wait, by the time our food arrived the rest of our party had nearly finished their meal. We spent a lot of money and I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered. I understand accidents happen but I felt rushed after the delay,. Just thought you should know. Our server was excellent, no fault with her, sorry didn't get her name.“

We were hungry and driving by so just stopped in for a snack. You order at the counter and they bring food to your table, so service was pretty good. Get your own soda and clean up after yourself at the end.
We tried two of their specials. $6 each for samplers of fish, chicken and shrimp. Both samplers also came with fries and hush puppies.
All the food was clearly freshly cooked and hot. The sides were fine, and better than expected. The mains were all very good. Best of all, was the chicken tender. Actually delicious. A real contender against all the fried chicken places around.
A nitpicky knock goes to the tartar sauce, which was bland and basically just mayo.“

“The food my wife and I had tonight was by far and away the best Japanese we have had in Montgomery.
The atmosphere was very elegant and very condusive to a family or social outing. I noticed some reviews mentioning the lack of servers checking in on the customers, but this honestly was the best thing in terms of creating a more relaxing social gathering. They have buttons that you can press and they come to you relatively quick and were as friendly as they come.

I and my wife cannot suggest this place enough and especially fresh the food was even with it being closer to closing time. We will definitely be back and will definitely be a go to for a social outing.“

“My new favorite place to visit whenever I'm in Montgomery. First time going, last month, I went back twice in the same day. Third time was on last Friday, the food never disappoint. Today, was my fourth time back, service is always superb and the food hit every time.“

“UPDATE: Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the district manager, Laticia, explaining that there were some issues the night we were there that she is actively working to resolve. She was deeply apologetic and offered my husband and I a complementary meal. She showed real, true professionalism and understanding. She very much cares for her customers and providing a more than satisfactory experience. Updating my rating to 5 stars because I could not have asked for a better response. Thank you Laticia!We went through the drive through with two simple orders. We sat in line for 45 minutes. We finally had to leave without food to make it to an appointment. This is the second time we have had to leave without our food at the drive through because of excessive wait times. We thought the first time might have been a fluke but with it occuring a second time several weeks apart it's obviously just the norm. Won't be returning for a third try/disappointment.“

“Insulted me when I was walking away quietly without placing the order and without drama after being denied a military discount which I get there always on several occasions I have been there.
Was told never to come back there again when I told him I had a planned budget to be within. Forget the military discount, if this is how you treat common folks who can’t afford the food, I pity you and you should be ashamed of yourself.
Cc- Copy of complaint to corporate not for denying the military discount but for being horribly nasty and rude. I may not have money today but I can have money tomorrow, but it doesn’t give you the license to be rude and miserably nasty to just anybody for not placing an order. I pity the upbringing of your employees and the brand image this treatment creates of you.

“Food is not as expectation yet their Customer service and ambience makes you feel that you can give few more tries and talk to the chef or server and get your food better or as you expect. Since they are good in everything else except food. And I agree food taste can be different person to person.“
