“At the suggestion of my older brother, we dined here after taking care of some business in the area. My son & I had been traveling from NC, to GA & then AL. When we first entered the restaurant, I saw a young lady with earbuds in & she was on her phone, never looking uo. We stood there for a few minutes hoping someone would greet us. Never happened. I thought maybe we should just sit anywhere & maybe then someone would come over. Never happened. My brother suggested we just leave. I decided to go to the counter & find out how things go. Finally the young lady got up from behind the counter (after a coworker came in & kee-keed). I told her we had been standing by the door at the podium waiting & no one greeted us. I asked what the procedure was as we were from out of state. She told me place the order at the counter & we did that. I see customer service training is really lacking in some establishments. I was shocked that the only types of fish they served were catfish & tilapia. We placed our orders, went back to the booth we were sitting & the same young lady brought our orders to the table. I had the oyster poboy which was really good. My brother had fish & my son a burger. All were tasty. If they adjust the customer service, or at least place signage notifying customers what the procedure is, it would be great. That way, folks aren't just standing there waiting on something that's not going to happen.“

We went along with the weird request with an empty restaurant and the food took a very long time to arrives. We like this restaurant but it was a huge miss. The manager was present and never stopped by to check on us. Unfortunately they missed the mark!“
