“Ok so honest review… the food has always been hot outside of the sides. The sides, if you don’t ask for them to be dropped fresh may come heat lamp warm, the fries especially. The flavor of the fish and chicken have been hot and delicious! The customer service is not bad but if you come sideways don’t expect “the customer is always right” service. Some people come in there ghetto and rude. The lunch specials are my fav! Try them out. Please be advised the menu prices have went up. For ex. The tilapia 12 piece alone with no sides is 44.99… 49.38 with tax…“
“I can't speak on the service or ambiance because this order was a pick up however, the food was pretty good. I had the grilled shrimp and they were seasoned to perfection. As my side I ordered cheese grits, They could have used a little salt in my opinion but they were still good. My plate also came with coleslaw and hush puppies. The hush puppies were delicious.“
“I walked into this restaurant, ran completely by a young African American all male crew, and was immediately greeted by a young man behind the cooking counter preparing food. Although they were busy, he took the time to greet me, making my presence known!! That was magnificent customer service!!! When the cashier came from the back, he immediately greeted me and asked me if I had been waited on!! Another A+!! I was there for a delivery service, and he proceeded to check on the order and notified me that they were completing the order and kept me informed step by step on the completion of the order. I was thoroughly impressed as I witnessed them carrying out out drive thru orders as they attempted to get all orders done, and they were so professional and courteous throughout my time spent there!! At the end of my order, they thanked me for my patience, and I wished them a good night . In unison, they all said, "You too ma'am!!! I walked away with a smile on my face because these young men were running a busy store on a weeknight seamlessly and with a wonderful personality!! Corporate, I hope you are proud of these gentlemen because they represent what this store needs!! I can promise you that I've been here for years, and this is the greatest experience I've had and I even called back to the store that night when my delivery shift was over to express my gratitude to this awesome group of exceptional individuals!!“
“This place may look sketchy but the service and food was great. I order the 20 wing combo with shrimp fried rice. The wings size are average but tasted great. As for the fried rice it was okay, probably would have tasted better with yum sauce but they charge an additional $0.50. I am not sure why it just doesn't come with the combo since I've already got rice. But overall I would eat here again.“

I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was unseason shrimp and no salt added grit cakes I asked for extra sauce and it was a upcharge, and the price is a bit much other than that the service and restaurant was excellent.Parking: It's typical down town broad way parking. I had to walk 2 blocks to find parking.“
“This isn't a fancy restaurant, but the food will not disappoint. The Pineapple Casserole is delicious, I recommend trying it. The hamburgers looked pretty good, but I decided to go with the Grouper Sandwich, the fish was cooked perfect and crunchy on the outside. I had a taste of the coleslaw which I wish I had ordered a side of it. My friend ordered the meatloaf and wow, wow, wow was it delicious. I honestly don't think you can order anything off the menu and not like it. Kudos to the cooks.“
“First time here....had appetizer fried green tomatoes and crab cake, 2 waters, ribeye with Mac n cheese and brussel sprouts and double bone in pork chop with Mac n cheese, strawberry cheesecake. Food was very good! Cheesecake is phenomenal but should be expected because dessert at some of the other local fine dining spots that have the same owner, are also phenomenal! I'm very picky about mac n cheese but this was very good, appropriately cheesy and seasoned well. Pork chop and the sauce was delicious! My husband loved his crab cake and grits appetizer. Our friends really liked their buffalo chicken dip appetizer! The place had a line as soon as they opened at 5pm on Saturday and filled up quick!! Waiter was so nice and made sure everything was just how we wanted it, I wish I remembered his name! Definitely will go back!!“
“So we went in at noon on a Saturday. We were the only customers in the place. Our food was delicious!! We got a dozen of the raw oysters and they were the cleanest I have ever seen. They shucked them in front of us and we thought they were amazing.“
