“Our waitress had long braids, and at one point, her hair almost went into the food. Other than that, it was good. I got crab cakes and mango habnero wings. My crab cake did have some shell in it, but flavor wise, it was good. I was told very good grilled cheese and burgers.“
“We choose to dine inside to ensure our food is hot versus drive through and having not so food by the time we get home. The food was delicious, very hot and cooked perfectly. On the downside, it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. We overheard the employees say, "They still waiting on they food out front." We overheard a lot of silly behavior and name calling between the employees. Including the all African American staff calling one another the "N" word. About 10 minutes into waiting on our food, I went back to the counter to order cheesecake to eat while we waited for our food. I stood waiting for our cheesecakes, and one worker asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting on the cheesecakes i"d just ordered. She said, "Well, you'll get that when you get your food. I explained that we had not eaten and are hungry, and we'd like our cheese cakes now. She walked off and went to the back. A few minutes later, I sat back down at our table. She did bring our cheesecake to the table, and both boxes were squooshed into the tops of our cheesecake. My husband wouldn't eat his. He just pushed it to the side. Food was great, service.was not.“
“We were passing through the area on our home from Florida and found this restaurant on Yelp. We have eaten “authentic” Mexican food across the country and absolutely loved the food here! The manager greeted us right away, was friendly and even brought us margaritas while we waited for a table! The margaritas were pretty good, not my favorite, but still very good. The chips were crispy and the salsa was tasty and fresh. My husband had the carnitas and they were crispy on the outside and moist and delicious inside. He cleaned his plate! I had the chicken chimichanga and it was wonderful and packed with chicken. I wish this restaurant was closer to where we lived because we would be weekly regulars!!“
