“The first time I was a student was in 1996, and I’m finally going to graduate in 2025. The Anna Irving dining hall is much more light and airy now than it was then. It was all dark wood panel. I was amazed at the quality of food and I actually look forward to eating there again.“

“Its usually really good. we ordered the seafood platter blackened and they brought it out fried which looked great then I told them it was supposed to be blackened and they insisted on taking it off our plates and redid the order. They scraped the breading off and I assume washed it off in the sink and blackened it then brought it out. it was mushy an disgusting. It was inedible. It ruined dinner. I hate to say but be cautious. on a side note they sat us next to the hostess stand which nobody should ever be sat there.“

“The last two years, all the Milo locations I’ve visited have really gone downhill. Nothing like the previous decades. Shame! Staff at Calera was non responsive. Cahaba heights , burgers were dried out like they had been sitting and fries as well. Sorry to say that too many of this experience for me to go back.“

“Went and finally tried this place. Honestly all the food was good. Ladies were really sweet. My only complaint was they ran out of potato salad and I went at 1030 am. Also the lemonade was extremely watery. We tried ribs, hamburger, hamburger salad, baked beans, Mac and cheese and bbq chicken sandwich and EVERYTHING was seasoned well and cooked well. I will definitely be back again“

“I enjoyed my time out here and would come back. My only problem is with the senior menu. Not all seniors eat off the kids menu. There are some of us that are really healthy and like more than what is offered. Bring back the senior discount and give a real discount of 15%.“
