We stopped here because we couldn’t reach the other bbq place across the tracks and discovered an amazing hidden gem! This place has incredible bbq and service and the owner is kind hearted and charitable. This is our new favorite spot in calera!
While in town stopped for some BBQ and was not disappointed. Had the pork plate with potato salad and coleslaw. There is no seating inside but they have seating set up outside under cover. The breeze was nice making it very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food had a great flavor and everything was delicious. Glad that I can and recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered the pork plate with fries and potato salad as my sides.The positives: Smoked pork had a good flavor and wasn’t dry. The BBQ sauce is yummy!The negatives: The fries were nothing special, which is okay, if you have phenomenal fry seasoning… unfortunately, fries weren’t seasoned at all.
