The food, proteins, were really fresh and hot. The sides were not fresh nor hot, but you really go for the seafood anyway. We usually get it to go but today we are inside... There is a lot of work to be done. The dining room absolutely needed a cleaning, dead flies in the windows, I counted 5 lights out, Windows were a mess as well as the floor, I had food under my feet at our table.

Reasonable price for the meal and the big plus is they use Good Ole USA wild caught Alaskan Fish. Also they serve Pepsi Zero!
The only person sitting down eating inside. Had the Sampler Platter and was good except the Chicken Plank was a little tough.

Captain D's offers a family feast that is quite large, so customers should be cautious when ordering. The service at the drive-thru can be slow, even with few cars. However, the crew has received praise for their organization and efficiency during busy times. The whitefish is fantastic, and while the new chicken tenders are disappointingly small, the food is great overall. The staff is polite and friendly, with some customers specifically appreciating their hard work and attention to detail. There have been some issues, such as a broken ice machine leading to hot drinks being served and garbage overflowing onto the floor, but these do not overshadow the positive experiences at this location.
