“We had rocks BBQ catered for us last night at our Christmas party! It was absolutely amazing, and I will definitely come back for more!“

“We were on our way back from Tuscaloosa and looked Cow a Bun go up on our cars maps. Wow! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and my spouse had the ribeye sandwich. They said it would be ready in 15 mins and it was. The Chicken sandwich was moist & tender. I got the baked potato w mine and had it for another meal later. Ribeye sandwich was spot on good. We will add this place to our route home when we visit our son at college.“

“Good was delicious and we got the steak and eggs and was cooked to perfection! We love it when we come here for Devin! He’s fast and friendly and welcoming! Great place to bring everyone too! Left full and happy with leftovers for later!“

“The family was in town for the Blue Angels show and decided to give the Goat Bar and Grill a try. We were so happy with the service on Friday that we came back on Saturday day. Ashley was an awesome server and took care of us. We recommend the Goat.“

“Went in tonight after going numerous times to find out that they no longer do a meal. Everything is a la cart. Got our burgers. Didn't get what we ordered on one of them but it was how it was rang up. Then they send out the burgers looking like they are a McDonald's Happy meal. So for the price everything is ridiculous“

“The Cookout Prattville location is top tier! The customer service was great and the food came out hot and fresh. Although Cesaire was cleaning up, she took the time to wash her hands and replace the sweet tea container upon request. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and attentive to each of the customer's needs!!“

“My son's soccer team stopped at this DQ after a weekend tournament. It was unplanned, and we all piled in to the surprise of the staff. We got mostly ice cream desserts with some families adding dinner as well. I was amazed at how quickly they got the orders completed for our large crowd. We all enjoyed our visit. Cheers to the manager and staff for a great experience!“

“The morning management and team at this location consistently deliver exceptional service. The food consistently meets quality standards, being both fresh and served at optimal temperatures. The staff consistently demonstrates courtesy and professionalism.

However, the evening shift exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism, with staff members, including the male manager, appearing irritated and abrupt. This disparity suggests a need for improvement in staffing and training protocols.

Recently, I experienced a 30-minute wait in the drive-through for a mobile order. Upon entering the establishment, I was informed that my order had not been prepared, leading to an additional 6-minute delay. When I requested a refund, management directed me to an online process, a claim that was later refuted by customer service. Ultimately, customer service successfully resolved the issue.“

“Good food & beverages Warm fireplace & Southern hospitality“

“Great service.
Large food and drink portions.
Wish there was a women's restroom.
Really unappetizing washing hands next to stinky unisex restroom.
Felt uncomfortable with my daughter going in the yucky unisex restroom.“

“Courtney, my bartender/service was absolutely amazing. As much pressure came her way from other situations, she remained professional and courteous. However, the manager at the time Jacob, rubbed me the wrong way how he kept approaching staff with constant criticism. Not a leader, just in a management position. I listened to him approach the staff behind me and I really did not like how he communicates with them.
Food was great, no wait at the bar, and the drinks were amazing as well.“
