Cook Out offers really good food, but service can be hit or miss. Some staff seem uninterested, while others are helpful and friendly. The drive-thru experience is positive, although the line system can be confusing at times. Staff may be distracted but are willing to correct mistakes. Many sides are available, but the options for veggies are limited to slaw. The beef patty has a smoky grilled flavor that some may not enjoy. The milkshakes are great with many flavors to choose from. While the overall food quality can be average, the tasty items and friendly service still make it worth a return visit.
