Cook Out offers really good food, but service can be hit or miss. Some staff seem uninterested, while others are helpful and friendly. Confusing line system at times, but drive-thru experience was positive. Staff can be distracted but willing to correct mistakes. Despite some inconsistencies, the tasty food and friendly service make it worth a return visit.
