“We went to maddogs on Saturday and at the time they weren't very busy. Our waitress was very nice but the wait time was horrible. From the time we sat down till we received our food was an hour. I only gave service 5 stars for the waitress. She was great but we saw people come in after us receive there food before us. The food was good but we are hesitant to go back because of the long wait.“

I know we are hungry customers, tired, maybe just getting off the road for a while or headed home from work, and the employees really do strive to make each meal as accurately and timely as possible. “I ordered a total of 24 biscuits basically 212 packs. The time to receive them was 9:03 AM but when I got there at 8:40 they were already ready. The lady was very nice. They were very polite and this is always been consistent every time I’ve been in there well been in any Jack’s restaurant.“

“my husband has been out of work bc of the virus and filed his unemployment wrong. we got it right but may miss a week now bc of it , then woke up to our son's room floor wet perhaps bc of a water leak ( in a concrete slab floor). so my husband was so upset and stressed out and said let's get out of the house and go grab lunch and we went to Burger King here in clanton, al. “I've honestly never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. I usually order online and pick up via curbside but any time I've been inside, everything looks nice and tidy. My food is also usually very fresh and hot. Sandwiches are correct and assembled neatly, fries are evenly salted and the McNuggets are crispy. That's really all you can ask for from Mickey D's“
