Don't know about the food. I was stopping by for a doordash pickup. Wow it's a big restaurant. Very busy. Alot different from less populated city like oxford, Alabama. Usual service though for doordash. There was just one lady who cared that I was waiting. God bless her for getting my delivery, finally into my hands. I care about the person's food , knowing if it was my order, I would want my food promptly, and warm, hopefully.
The basic foods taste the same, but when you start trying stuff like flavored pancakes, etc you will be disappointed. The taste it bland and nothing like it use to be. Servers don't check on you & leave you for fend for yourself.

It looks like it's dying, like when a restaurant is about to close, and the food is not great. I ordered an omelet, and none of the cheese wasn't melted inside it. It just wasn't good, and the pancakes just are hitting on nothing. Good luck to them in the future.
