I'm not from this area but I am from Alabama and have eaten at a many of these restaurants from West Texas to Niagara Falls! I felt bad this particular visit because I was asking for substitutions, additions, and Exactly how I wanted my hashbrowns! The 2 gentleman never sighed, raised a brow, or got upset..The 2 , Cook and Server, performed as if I were the D.M. or w/Cooperate! I don't know if I have Ever had a "NO COMPLAINT " Experience from this franchise or the other ones similar...read full review

Came into this location this morning and the staff was great! Fast, efficient, and helpful! I mentioned I was part of the Waffle House club and the told me the daily specials for the week since it’s National Waffle Week! Happy 67th Birthday!
