Every single time I come in, he greets me with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and energy that instantly brightens my day. His customer service is exceptional — he’s patient, attentive, and somehow remembers people’s orders like magic.

Jack makes the entire experience feel personal, not just transactional. Whether he’s double-checking my drink, offering helpful suggestions, or just being incredibly polite, he consistently goes above and beyond. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.

Dunkin needs more employees like Jack — he is a stellar example of professionalism, kindness, and top-tier customer service. If there were an award for best employee, he’d win it without question!“

“Our family went out last night to this McDonald’s. on February 27th. They were so kind. And had such a positive energy. It was clean, and they brought our food to us and asked us if we need anything. And heard that I was asking my boyfriend to grab me and the youngest some sauce. And they happily obliged to get some. The fries were hot and warm. And the kid loved the play place. The two women that were working last night were amazing.“

“Really nice coffee shop! The coffee is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the baristas are always friendly. It can get pretty busy in the mornings, but it’s still comfortable and you can actually hear each other if you’re sitting and having a conversation. Definitely a great place to grab coffee, meet a friend, or sit and get some work or studying done. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Okay as someone who LOVES acai bowls and have had them at multiple different places in different cities, I must admit that Farm Bowl and Juice Company has the best and cutest açaí bowls I've ever had! I've been twice so far since the opening and it taste amazing, I wish I could afford to eat it every single day! I love the atmosphere as well. I normally go to other juice bars and açaí places in Tuscaloosa, but Farm Bowls is so much closer to my home. So between it being close to home, the best açaí bowls ever, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere, I am SOLD!“

“The two gentlemen working at this Starbucks inside Target today were absolutely phenomenal!

One of them was learning how to make the drinks, while the other was teaching him, and honestly, watching them work together was so refreshing. I asked for something that neither of them was extremely familiar with — the Charlie Brown Frappuccino — and instead of just saying they couldn’t make it, they took the time to figure out exactly what they could do.

Once they realized they didn’t actually have the mocha syrup needed for the original drink, they got creative and made me something completely new. They substituted the mocha with banana and added Java chips, and honestly… side note: banana is SO much more Charlie Brown than anything else they could have put in there. 😂 It turned out SO good.

For anyone curious, this was my order:

Grande White Mocha Frappuccino
• Add pumpkin spice
• 1 pump banana
• Java chips
• Add pumpkin cream cold foam

Highly, highly recommend it!

And to the gentlemen working at this location today: you guys were definitely the highlight of my Target trip. Thank you for taking the extra time, being patient, figuring things out, and genuinely caring about making my drink right. Never lose that spark! “I had a nice experience here! The store was very clean and the display cases were beautiful and full! I wasn't greeted right away, but there was a shift change happening, so that seems normal. My coffee was exactly perfectly prepared, and my donuts were beautiful. It probably took 5 minutes total. I hadn't been inside a Dunkin Donuts since 1989, but this coffee is so good!“
