Eileen is an amazing yoga instructor. She is so great at holding space for everyone in her class! She’s calm and present and not at all rigid in her teaching!
Eileen’s Yin class at CREACTIVE was phenomenal! ✨ She wove the practice through the chakras and added beautiful tuning instruments, making it so much more than a typical Yin class.
I left feeling lighter and tension... GONE. Eileen’s grounded and nurturing presence made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you Eileen, will be back soon.
So glad I finally came to see for myself how fun and eclectic this place is! Getting back into yoga and Michelle was such an attentive and supportive instructor that I am hooked! I immediately felt welcomed by such warm smiles and greetings. Do yourself a favor and stop in and get creACTive!
