If you're looking for delicious Mexican cuisine, Maya Mexican restaurant in Alabaster, AL, is the place to be. I can't get enough of their Rancho Burrito. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the portion size is huge. I basically never take photos of food but the homemade guacamole was so good it was photo worthy.The prices are pretty good, they give you a side of guacamole and sour cream with chimichanga. If you don't like this place you won't like any Mexican restaurant.

In a party of 25 often the service will be expectedly slower or just less but not here. The food was great, quick and polite service and just a great experience. Everyone said their margaritas were great, I wasn't drinking. Just give them a try, the salsa is great not hot but just spicy
