During my road-trip, stumbled upon this restaurant, and it’s a solid place at a reasonable price. You get what you expect. We ordered all sorts of dips with our chips and I kept reaching out to guacamole over other dips. I ordered chicken fajita and it was good. The bathrooms were clean. There’re plenty of parking spaces outside in the parking lot shared with other businesses. I also grabbed a boba tea next door after I was done with my lunch. Staff was efficient.I’d go there again!
The food is okay, with some dishes being better than others. Service is just fine, no complaints there. The reason I gave 3 stars is because their salsa tastes like pizza sauce, and as if it has a lot of basil in it.

In a party of 25 often the service will be expectedly slower or just less but not here. The food was great, quick and polite service and just a great experience. Everyone said their margaritas were great, I wasn't drinking. Just give them a try, the salsa is great not hot but just spicy

If you're looking for delicious Mexican cuisine, Maya Mexican restaurant in Alabaster, AL, is the place to be. I can't get enough of their Rancho Burrito. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the portion size is huge. The burrito is stuffed with tender and juicy steak, grilled peppers, and onions and topped with cheese sauce that is simply out of this world. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Maya Mexican Restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience. They also have the most amazing margaritas! They see me at least once a week!

I basically never take photos of food but the homemade guacamole was so good it was photo worthy.The prices are pretty good, they give you a side of guacamole and sour cream with chimichanga. If you don't like this place you won't like any Mexican restaurant.
Great burrito supreme and the strawberry margarita was excellent.

Great food and staff, and the prices are very good for the large portions. The margaritas are also very good, I recommend prickly pear and coconut.
