This is a Starbucks that cares! I never knew the basket items I was getting at others weren't fresh until I had a scone and pumpkin load slice here on different occasions. They're soft and delicious compared to others. The staff are SO kind and really care about those they serve. This one should set the bar for others in the metro area! Love that Pell City finally has a Starbucks! The staff is always effusively kind making the sometimes long waits less of an issue. The location just off the freeway is super convenient, to boot. Only qualm I ever have with any Starbucks, not just this one, is if you ask for just a dash of cream - you’re gonna get a quarter cup. That’s just how their registers ring it up, it seems.
