This is a Starbucks that cares! I never knew the basket items I was getting at others weren't fresh until I had a scone and pumpkin load slice here on different occasions. They're soft and delicious compared to others. The staff are SO kind and really care about those they serve. This one should set the bar for others in the metro area! I really cannot express enough how much better this location is than others! It's a simple thing but the difference is obvious! Thank you for always being kind and offering consistently good quality beverages and food. You are the difference!Parking: The drive thru line can get so long that you cannot get to the parking lot. There's almost always parking if you can get to it.Dietary restrictions: They have many options for lactose intolerance and vegetarian options.

Love that Pell City finally has a Starbucks! The staff is always effusively kind making the sometimes long waits less of an issue. The location just off the freeway is super convenient, to boot. Only qualm I ever have with any Starbucks, not just this one, is if you ask for just a dash of cream - you’re gonna get a quarter cup. That’s just how their registers ring it up, it seems. So, unless it’s not crowded and you can catch the barista before they pour and remind them - a dash - bring your own creamer. Or better just order one of their amazing fancier drinks!Thank you for the caffeine boost, PC Starbucks! ?

Dont take cash here! I had a $18 order and they would not accept a $50 bill. So not only did i wait in line in forever to leave empty handed. The girl in the Drive thru is was rude about it!

This review is not for Starbucks or it's employees.... This review is for the Self Absorbed Asshats who think their 1 star review matters.... Honestly your 5 star review didn't matter at all when you get right down to it. If you are the type of person to complain that you had one bad experience at any place then I'd a FACT that you are a miserable Fuck. Nobody cares that aan employee didn't look you in the eye or that your coffee was like warm.... Ask to have it warmed up with a smile on your face. The thing that gets me is you miserable F#2$ who think your accomplishing something by letting everyone know you were wronged ( lmmfao ). These reviews are for entertainment purposes only. The barista seemed new. She was rude to my husband at the drive through telling us to hurry due to other customers when we where trying to get the hot chocolates she had put in a tray for us when we told we did not want one of those and just to hand it to us. Well in the end the hot chocolate which the lid wasn’t securely on spilled all over my husband in the car. He’s finger was broken at the time. I can’t remember her name but she had an attitude
I love this location. Staff is always super nice. I have yet to have a bad order from this location. Definitely my favorite Starbucks around.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly they easily let yoy know what on the menu is best for kids that doesn't contain caffeine. Their deserts are on the healthier side than other places. They offer a ride range menu for even the pickiest eater.

Food and drinks are great. Today the barista who handed me my order was rude and turned their back to me when I was asking a question. I pulled off without everything I needed. Hopefully they are just having a bad day.Atmosphere was acceptable last time I went inside. Nothing to rave about.Parking: They have a limited number of parking spots at this location. If you want to go inside then choose a time when coffee drinks are not in demand...around 630pm or later.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult but not impossible to maneuver wheelchair here. If I had to make this decision I would order drive thru vs dine in.

Great service and friendly staff. Also, I usually do a mobile order through the Starbucks iPhone (IOS) app and my order is almost always ready within the time estimate given in the app, which is not something I can say about other Starbucks locations.

Two of my younger sisters had tests after school so I took my two youngest sisters to Starbucks while the others were taking their test. I only had 5 dollars on the Starbucks app so I asked what I could get from their bakery section. They said I could get one of anything so we got a chocolate croissant. When we pulled up to the window they asked what drink we wanted, I said we didn’t order a drink. They gave us a Frappuccino on the house. My sister were super excited and they split it on the way home. When I went out with my friends last year and they gave us all free cake pops, they didn’t know this but it was actually my birthday that day so it was a super great surprise. Starbucks may have higher prices, but the employees at this location are some of the nicest you will ever meet.
