Great burgers, and fries! The service was exceptional. They have a clean restraunt with excellent srrvice. Parking is in the UAB hospital multi level deck, or wherever you can find street parking. Other than that , i do recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
No meat on my BURGER!!
This was my first time visiting, and as someone who eats at burger places all over the country, I was really impressed. I saw some of the past complaints, but whatever changes you’ve made recently are working because tonight’s meal was great. I’m a true burger connoisseur, so I’d tell you if it was bad—keep doing whatever you did tonight!

Wayback Burgers serves great food and offers alternative meat options, including a plant-based burger. The Impossible Melt is a must-try. Despite some parking challenges, the restaurant provides amazing service, generous portion sizes, and delicious food. The staff was nice. Some customers found the burger underseasoned and the fried pickles gross. Cheese fries were cold and salty, not crisp. Sauces weren't good. Portions are huge and the price is fair. It's a great value option.
