“I absolutely love coming to this Chick-fil-A in Gardendale. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible — but that’s something most of America already knows.
What really sets this location apart is the leadership team. They’re top-notch in every way: professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can feel the positive culture the moment you walk in.
This is hands-down one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences anywhere. Gardendale is lucky to have this team!“

“I typically don't review fast food places but I felt I needed to after visiting DQ in Gardendale today. We dropped in for a sweet treat only to be met with the sweetest manager too. She was very personable and so nice. It almost felt like she went out of her way, and unlike so many people on these type jobs, she appeared to really love her job and her customers.“

“We came in with like 30 people and the legends here accommodated us with exceptionally prestigious service. We all got our food to perfection. In-N-Out got nothing on the 2259 Mt Olive Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071 Jack's Family Restaurant.“

“Our 1st visit was tonight and I must brag about little bit about the 3 young men who helped us and prepared our meal. All three were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They were having a good time being there working and it showed. They made us feel right at home. We need more young guys like these working with the public. Keep up the great work guys and we will be back!!!!“

“Just picked up a bowl today and I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at chipotle. The staff was extremely friendly and my order took all of 5 minutes to make. Everything was fresh so I left a tip! I will continue to come here instead of the downtown location.“

“Yes, with the caveat, bring plenty of money. Fish & Chicken meal with a large drink was $16! Also, don't order green beans - they were straight out of the can. Very disappointing.“

“Horrible experience to start out. The youth are not too familiar with customer service and problem resolution. I did (however) give them 4 stars due to my follow up experience with Brandon (the manager). I would advise to check your entire order prior to leaving this location.“

“Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

White Castle is no where as near as good as Krystal.
I may be biased cause my aunt worked at one in the 80s and then I did BK in 2000. 🤣😉“

“We havent eaten here in a long time. My husband got sick, and the staff always a bad day, ever single day. 🙄 Wasnt expecting much, it is McDonald's. We ordered, SIMPLE, QUICK, NICE!!! We pull up to pay, simple, quick and NICE, pull On up to pickup food and THE SAME THING!!! Greeted with a smile, had our order almost ready, no long wait, and NICE!!!!!!! A little goes a long way. The food was hot and good. (it is McDonald's) 🤷🏼♀ and the ice cream machine worked GREAT!“

“Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!“

“Wow, I think this is the best Papa John’s I have been to all around Birmingham. I ordered a large pizza and to papa-dillas today. Both were really fresh tasting, fresh ingredients, perfect temperature, tasted wonderful. I was starting to lose hope in fast food. If you want good pizza near Gardendale, this is the place. Great job!“
