“The staff here were so incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate my allergy to onions. I can't express how great the cashier and manager and cook were. The food was fresh and made accurately. Best Krystal I've ever been to hands down and the employees are amazing.“

(FYI they serve it at lunch not breakfast.) But they were kind and made me one anyway!! Thank you Jack’s!!! But that’s not all. I go to pay for my meal and the person ahead of me had paid for my meal!!! Thank you kind stranger!!! That was very sweet!!! I really appreciated it!!!! So, I thought that’s a great idea!!! So I paid it forward and paid for the person in line behind me! So thankful!!! And by the way.....the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT IS AWESOME!!! I love this Jack’s!!! Never disappoints. “Is this Sonic’s VIP meal experience ?

Every time I stop here (mostly Sundays morning on my way to bham Costco) I get the best meal ever. Guys @ the kitchen don’t play around when it comes to food allergies either, wife’s allergic to tomatoes and they ALWAYS got the order right (you guys would be surprised on how many people don’t know that ketchup or bbq sauce has tomatoes in it)

The Drinks taste right, carbonation on point.

“Had a very large online order in the drive through. They had a long line but cut it down very quickly. They were all polite, quick, and efficient. Took only about 2-3 minutes to have entire order after making it to the window, and again that was with them being super busy. On top of all this we had multiple things specialized or changed, and everything was made correct and in the bags the first time around. All around they were killing it today!“

“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“
